Uploading a List with Multiple Counties

This article is designed to help you navigate the process of handling list data pertaining to multiple counties.


FIPS Code

Creating a campaign or importing properties for multiple counties requires a FIPS code (this should be provided by most major list providers - do check with your list providers as it sometimes can be an optional column). 

FIPS codes are numbers that uniquely identify geographic areas. If you do not have a FIPS code and need to locate one for a county go to https://www.nrcs.usda.gov/wps/portal/nrcs/detail/national/home/?cid=nrcs143_013697 for a listing.

The list you're importing as a new campaign into Pebble should have a FIPS CODE column if you are creating a campaign for multiple counties.

How to Upload A List with Multiple Counties

From your Campaigns screen choose "Add Campaign", fill in the prompts, and choose the Multi-County option.

Choosing Multi-County reveals an additional required field on the next screen. 

That field is "County Code (FIPS)" which you will map to your FIPS code column.

Import your file and upload your properties, and your campaign will now populate with your different counties.
