Mailer Codes

When a property is uploaded to Pebble, a unique mailer code is generated for a specific property owner within a specific campaign. The code is unique across the whole Pebble platform, not just for your account, so if you work with other land investors using Pebble, there won't be any duplicates.

How Mailer Codes are Generated

Mailer Codes are automatically generated by Pebble. When you import a list of Properties into Pebble, we'll automatically assign a code to each owner.

Viewing the Mailer Code in the Campaign

Note: If you delete the Campaign in which you uploaded your list, you will be deleting the Mailer Codes, as well.

Adding the Mailer Code to a Template

When you're sending out marketing through Pebble, ensure that you have the {{mailer_code}} Placeholder in your letter or postcard. This will dynamically insert the unique mailer code on the piece of mail.

Motivated sellers can then call and quote the code, or, if you use Landleads, they type it into the lead capture form on the motivated seller website. This will then filter through to Pebble and bring up all the property details.

Searching by Mailer Codes

You can easily search properties by mailer code in the Properties section. Then, click on the Campaigns filter and enter in the mailer code that you'd like to search for. Please keep in mind that if there is more than one property associated with the mailer code, those properties will also appear once you hit Enter.
