How to Use Your Seller Leads Inbox
On the left-hand side of your Pebble Dashboard, you'll find a section named Sellers. This is where all your inbound leads will land when a seller submits their information. You'll be able to filter and search all your seller leads by name, or their source (i.e. Craigslist, Facebook, etc.)
Changing Your Seller Lead Inbox Address
At the top of the page, you'll see your notification email address, here in the example it's [email protected]. Just next to it, you'll see a pen and paper icon. Click on this if you want to modify your email address:
Then, you just need to type in your desired email address then click on Update email address
Manually Adding a Seller
Finally, you can manually add a seller to your inbox. This may be particularly useful if you get a call from someone interested in selling their property.
To do this, go to Add Seller at the top of the page
Next, fill out the seller's information and then click Create Seller
You can then assign them a property, add any additional notes, and click Save Changes to complete the process.
