Connecting Your Forms to Zapier

Zapier is a useful tool that allows you to send information directly to other apps once it is captured by your Ninja Form. This helps to improve workflow for your investing business and is a great way to link your WordPress site to your preferred third-party apps, without the need to code.

For example, you can use Zapier to connect your Ninja Forms to Salesforce which would mean that every time a new lead was captured on your Ninja Forms it would automatically create a lead in Salesforce.

In this article, we will discuss how to integrate Zapier with Ninja Forms.

Configuring Zapier with Ninja Forms

Log into Zapier and click on Make a New Zap! to get started.

You’ll then be directed to a page where you’ll be asked to select a Trigger App.

Click on the Ninja Forms button.

Select the New Form Submission radial button then click Continue.

You will then be presented with a list of instructions to get you connected.

First, click the button at the bottom of the page to copy the webhook to your clipboard.

Then, click on the link on the instruction list under step one to install the Ninja Forms Zapier add-on.

Select one of your forms and go to the Emails and Actions tab at the top of the screen.

Click on the Plus symbol on the bottom right-hand corner to Add New Action.

Click on Zapier.

Paste the webhook you copied earlier into the field that says Zapier Web Hook.

Click Done.

Click on Publish.

Then head back over to your Zapier page where you copied the webhook from and click the button that says “OK, I did this“.

Zapier will then do its thing and test that everything is working correctly, it will also sync up your form. You will then get the following success message:

All set, you have successfully linked Zapier to your Ninja Forms.

Note that if you want to edit the form in any way, you’ll need to re-sync the changes with Zapier.
